2. Products and Services

Color Culture specializes in customized apparel produced on demand. We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for high-quality, detailed, and vibrant prints. Our catalog includes t-shirts, hoodies, and other popular styles. Each product is printed only when an order is placed, minimizing waste and excess inventory.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

• Turnaround Time: Our typical production time is 5-7 business days once the mockup is approved by you, the customer and payment is confirmed. Typical production times exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping time is additional and may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you are confirming that the mockup, product and pricing is agreed upon and correct.
• Order Changes: Once an order is placed, changes can only be made within the first 24 hours. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
  
  

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Pricing does not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

• Shipping Areas: Color Culture primarily ships within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Color Culture is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight, and preferred shipping method.

• Customized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if there is an issue.

• Ownership: You retain the intellectual property rights to any design you submit to Color Culture. By submitting a design, you grant Color Culture a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print the design on your chosen apparel items for order fulfillment purposes.
• Copyright Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that any submitted design does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Color Culture reserves the right to refuse orders that include designs we suspect may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

• Product Use: Color Culture is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the use or wear of our products.
• Printing Limitations: While we aim to deliver high-quality prints, color variations may occur due to screen-to-print differences. Color Culture is not responsible for minor discrepancies in print colors or alignment.
• Service Interruption: We are not liable for any interruption of services, such as website downtime or delays in production caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
